I dont know yet if I can do anything about that.
In the new software there is only one 'header'.
It is shared by all the boards. (However, I managed to get different icons at top left on each)
If I cant, might be able to put the link to the right of 'Mark All Messages Read' or something like that?

I will look tomorrow. Computer is 100% tied up doing chipboard migration at the moment
