I spoke with a Friend this Morning, who also sells quite a bit on ebay. He told me that ,they raised their rate to 9%, & that He also starts some of his items off at the .99 cent level. Recently they told him,that his items were listed to cheap,that they were worth more. He was not a happy camper,but did not say what he was planning. Believe it is called greed.. Listed 10 of my Tool items in the past week. Will see!
