golly how many times in the past did we all go to a casino and ask where the strike or souvenir token machine was in the casino. Even after showing the change person or cage they would say we don't have that any longer or they didn't know they even had a machine.

Not every employee can know everything. The employees name please should not be posted. Just because they did not have the answer you wanted they should not get in trouble. Shaun and anyone can and do read these boards.
