Hi Doug,

It's a bit confusing right now, we still have our "old" officer email addresses working, but are supposed to use the new ones. I end up forgetting to check the old one but I'm sure some people have bookmarked old email addresses and don't think to check the new ones in the directory.

Maybe I'll have Jamie remind everyone to check both, that might help.
