Need some information on this piece

It seems to be a Brass Token. The reverse its stamped .999 silver One Troy Ounce as if it was Silver.

Very Unique and interesting !!

Any help on the Genesis of this piece is appreciated.

First one I have ever seen and it's not in the Chip Guide.

I purchased it recently and will submit to the guide upon once in hand.
