#1: Are these both $50 Buffalo's - 2006 Proof & 2013 Reverse Proof
#2: Do you know if either is a Deep Cameo Proof?
#3: Do you know if they were 1st issue
#4: Are they in the blue folders with COA
#4: Was either slabbed by PCGS or NGC? (MS 70 or MS 70 Deep Cameo Proof)
