Hi Dennis, It came from a Black Hawk Colorado Casino strike machine as you can tell from the picture and is a fully reeded Walking Liberty dated 1994 with 24K HGE and it has a "CC” mint mark. "CC" was the mint that did the one pounder $200's in 1994 for the various casinos. The Foxwood strikes that you mentioned did come in a blue case with a certificate that stated they were minted for Foxwoods. These Colorado $200's and the original Walking Liberty $200's from Foxwoods were hard to get. Dennis Finn and myself had them in our collections. Dennis Finn had the two Foxwood's that are not pictured on the web site in his collection. I have seen them both and know they exist. I also had the rare $200 Fitzgerald's from Tunica that came from the $5.00 machine in my collection. I was offered $5k for it just after I got it and turned it down. No one had seen one before and everyone had speculated that it was also a Walking Liberty until I got mine. They were even listed that way in the price guides at the time. I was trying to get $200's from each casino that had issued them all over the world and was very close to completing the task but could not get the Caesar's Tahoe or the Treasure Island. No one would sell them to me and I finally gave up and decided to no longer chase them. I only have two left in my collection today. The one pictured and one me and my wife won at Imperial Palace. They hand paid us and took our picture holding the strike. A great memory for us and a win we will not forget.
