These came originally in the Franklin Mint sets. Sets were on card stock having 4 different tokens on each card. I could be wrong but from memory there were 27 different cards made in the set each with 4 tokens. The token is clad not made of .999 silver. Since yours is in circulated condition and not mint in the original card. As for value only a few dollars. You can find them if you do a search on feebay to see actual listings or sales.
