THIS PERSON IS A SCAMMER - AVOID HIM .... BUYS STRIKES & CHIPS

He bought 5 chips from me, then filed claim with Ebay he did not get any of them and wanted
his money back. It was 5 orders, 3 separate bubble envelopes were sent with single chips, 1
bubble envelope sent with 2 chips. Since I always include tracking, I was able to show proof
of delivery - all 4 of the bubble envelopes were delivered to his front door according to the
post office tracking - showed date & time May 8th @ 12:10 PM

Ebay closed the claim. He then filed a claim with Ebay claiming all chips were damaged. Ebay
told him to return them for a refund. He replied to Ebay he could not return them, because he
did not receive the chips - he can't make up his mind. (NEW ON EBAY SINCE OCTOBER 2020)

That was the 1st part of May, now 2 days ago - June 18th, I get an notice from Ebay again that
he filed a claim this time with his Visa charge card company disputing the charges for the chips,
claiming he never got them. Again I sent proof of delivery when I called Ebay again, they are
going to close his claim again, citing proof of delivery was provided to Ebay, so will notify his
Visa charge card bank there will be no refund to him .....

He seems to have done this to other sellers also.
He got a Casino Collectables member for $1,000.00 worth of dice ....

He goes by the name of "royalthumper68" on Ebay
