Yes, you are correct. Silver strike selling prices have slowly gone up. As has the price of silver. I have a lot of silver strikes for sale and do my best if I can to sell just a bit over melt. Seems the days of buying at face of $10 are gone. I am glad we have a Club and we still collect these little pieces of history and art.
Would it not be cool to know where all the dies are for all the older strikes. And even cooler to have one of the machines in our home.
A great hobby for sure.
