It's strange, if I go into My eBay on my computer I see no message about updating info to be able to get payments. But when I go into My eBay on the app on my iPhone and then go to the selling page, there is a box that says "Getting paid on eBay has changed....Update Details...." I haven't clicked on the update details button but I'm selling stuff right now and nothing has changed yet or prevented me from doing. So I don't know.
