Hello ,I also have David Niver's Second Edition 2007,It is a great book and in my opinion it is complete...I collect the $7. ,,,The $28.,,,and the $40....I have all but 2 and one is a Pattern Sample, 1 made...I also have a lot of them on the special un-circulated presentation folders...In my humble opinion ,My by far best collection...
