I recently aquired some hand painted (enamel) casino tokens
from a long time token collector and dealer who is selling off a
collection.
It was noted that this Diamond Jim's Nevada Club $1 casino token
was a prototype offer to Diamond Jim's for consideration as a very
limited edition, but it was rejected by the Diamond Jim's for minting
& colorization.
Asking around, nobody seems to have ever seen one of these tokens
colorized .....
It is in excellent like new condition and is CA (coin aligned)
Any idea of its value?
Diamond Jim's Nevada club was located on 109 Fremont Street from
1962 - 1967 before becoming Lucky Nevada Club from 1967 - 1969
Thanks - Any Info Helpful
