A friend of mine who lives out there in Henderson, used to
work at Big Al's for about 6 months. They were only open
for less than a year on Fremont Street. About 20 years ago,
he gave me one each (new) of the chips from there:
.25 - $1 - $5 - $25 and $100 chip that he got when they
were closing. He was able to get like 10 of each. He also
gave me a bunch of pictures that he took inside. I have to
find where I put them, because I think they would like to
see them on the Chip Message Board - Maybe I will donate
the pictures to the MOGH ....

Your post reminded me to call my friend, because he had
said there was a very limited number of $500 chips, and he
took 4 of them. He said just before they closed the doors for
good, and the cashiers cage had closed up, they were giving
chips away to the customers. He could not find where he put
them, and told me when he finds them, that he would give me
one to make the set complete. He told me today, he is sorting
alot of chips, says he has about 5,000+, and will let me know
when he finds them. Be interesting the value, could be a "Z"
chip depending on how many are out there.
