Two of the coin shops I frequent will save any strikes they get for me. They both sell me the $10 strikes at face, even with silver at ~$17. I get a bunch on eBay as well. I should have bought the lot of 50 strikes for $400...took too long trying to get a hold of my fiance, since she had an eBay coupon to use.

Of course, I've run into plenty of dealers who are asking $25+ for common $10 strikes. I just shake my head and let them sit on their inventory. The good dealers that I buy from understand that there's value in a quick turnover...they can put their money into something with a higher return / larger customer base.
