Bally's did not change their name. "Bally Bart" was
just a character made up for the series of strikes
like "Puffless Pete" was with another casino.

The set of six strikes was the last strikes that Bally's
in Tunica issued. "Bally Bart" was created to go with
the turn of the century theme of the 6 strikes.

Good set for Tunica collectors, but a common set ....
