Just to put some numbers on Dennis' statement "a tad bit loose". It means a difference of 0.27mm.
A new 43mm CoinSafe capsule was actually measured as 43.75mm and a new 44mm Lighthouse capsule was actually measured as 44.02mm. That is just two different capsules, so there may be some, probably minor, differences if many capsules were measured. A small number of "large diameter" silver strikes will not fit into the 43mm CoinSafe.
