Thanks for the heads up about New York.

I have been charging the sales tax and returning and reporting it to New York State on an annual basis.

I have had sporatic charges from eBay for states now collecting tax. Sometimes they charge my customer the tax in a state that now requires collection and sometimes they don't. I will monitor my NY State sales to be sure the taxes are collected.
