Will the discount always be the same on Ebay? Example: Ohio to California 16 ounce - Shipping rate $9.30 discounted to $5.53. I want to put the higher amount in because I do not always get the same discount probably because of the zones. Now I have to try different zones. When I list something to sell on Ebay I have no idea what zone it is going t so I want to charge the max so I do not lose money. I had an item that sold to California and I just listed all 16 rates and made a list. Here is what I got:
