The other factor for me, as a reseller, is that I purchased the strikes when silver was higher, and with fees assessed by eBay, PayPal and USPS going UP every year, I have to continue to make a profit.
The original value of the Nevada common strikes when they were issued was assessed at $22-$28. I can keep within the lower end of that range and still make a little money.
As a collector, I always look at the beauty of the strike as worth a little extra to be able to admire it in my collection every day.
