Even though this came in a red capsule, it is a NCV (no cash value)
clad strike. It was basically a just a commemorative token for the
11th CCandGTCC Convention (casino chip collectors)Reno - Aug. 2005

It is not a named casino strike per say - it is an IGT piece .....

It is still a good piece - 2018 price shows it $15 - $20, but I have had
no problem getting $25 - $30. The blue coloring is what sells it.
