The show was pretty good this year. Not much casino related silver save a few bars. Did manage to get some Peace dollars graded and buy silver odds and ends (jewelry, service ware, NORFEDs, Libertads). Just fun stuff.

We should meet up at the next show if you are not coming to the tournament next weekend. I do love listening and learning about strikes.

Regarding California, I do like California, my neighbors and friends are the best, but as an import, I am much more accustomed to wide spaces and less people and traffic like in Colorado and Montana. After a decade+, I still haven’t gotten use to all the people.

The worst part is the taxes. Every time I do something, the state has their hand out. If it’s not the property taxes, it’s the sales tax at 10.25%. When exactly did the state do anything worth 10% of my hard earned money?
