May 03, 2018 13:36 18 Fremont Details Disclosed: Documents filed with the Las Vegas Planning Commission have revealed some details about Derek Stevens’ 18 Fremont project, the downtown resort that will occupy the space that formerly housed the Las Vegas Club, Girls of Glitter Gulch, and Mermaids. According to the filing, plans call for a 777-room hotel and 118,000-square-foot casino with a sports book. There will also be a rooftop lounge, pool and spa, several restaurants and bars, and a 1,500-spot parking garage built across Main Street with a bridge connector. A name (if not 18 Fremont) and building timetable were not revealed.
