Gene,
I have 5 of these in my silver strike inventory, and all have
that same mark as pictured.
The question was brought up last summer at the tournament,
and Bill Cohenour said that whatever it was, everyone who
had that strike, the mark was there. So it is either a part of
the missile or a flaw ....
