How do you decipher the proofs vs the silver proofs vs the mints ...are there marks on them?

Also as this is in a printed and labeled Franklin book would that be all the token they did that year for Vegas or would they have other books from that year class or other tokens. I'm sure not all tokens were minted by Franklin in vegas so curious if the book is inclusive or there are many others?

Thanks for the help....I'm much more of a chip guy than a token guy but I'm learning?

BTW ..I ended up buying all the books and tokens he had so hopefully I got a deal (was around a $1 per token for used tokens and the all the proofs the books and paper wraps).
