Hi Sarge,
Strikes in the capsule out of the machines weigh
out at approx. 1.6 oz. A medium flat rate box that
has no weight limit is a good deal.
100 strikes in a medium flat rate box (will hold more)
with packing would weight around 12 - 14 pounds.
Use bubble wrap bottom - top & sides as a filler ...
You should have no problem with strapping tape used.
Just tape it up good ....
