Hi Sarge & Ken,
I like to visit Harrahs rather than stay there now. I find it very loud, crowded and very noisy especially upstairs near Toby Keith's and in the area coming into Harrah's from the Linq on the strip.
Foot traffic gets very heavy walking through the Slot area outside of the Food Court towards the hotel lobby. Forget about it during special events, NPR Rodeo, Superbowl, holidays.
My hearing is bad, but not bad enough to damper the noise. I come away with a headache after a few hours. The rooms in the hotel are nice and quiet though.
