Yes, quite a number of times I have bought a token because the seller says it is silver. And since I test everything that goes into my collection I don't always believe all sellers. Heck not long ago I bought a token the seller said silver. After I received it he said it is silver. In color, well duh. He did get it returned and I did get a full refund. That being said gaming rules in the 1980's were not as strict as they are now with stating if made of precious metal it needs to say so on the token. Like silver strikes silver / clad. I would not pay a lot for it for a couple reasons, is it silver, sure maybe but keep in mind casino's often made in nickel and maybe silver. Same designs. Also non Nevada is not as always as sought after as Nevada tokens, strikes, chips etc. in the casino collecting arena.
Just my unedujamucated thoughts. My thoughts and a buck 25 you can get coffee at 7-11
