If memory serves me I am sure there was Harvey's the Train for sure design (not sure of the other designs). And at least the first design at the Silver Club. I think any that were put in play in 1992. As 1993 came around they were put in plastic cases because collectors wanted new looking not beat up pieces to take home. Me must remember silver was around $3.00 and ounce so like casino chips, it was profitable for the casino to watch them walk out the doors. I heard stories of at Sierra Sid's when a trucker would hit a jackpot on the $7 machine the casino would pay them in $7 strikes. Then the player could redeem them or walk with them. Again if they walked with lets say $300 (jackpot win) in strikes that was a plus for the casino. I think all the casinos in LV by that time they were all in cases.
