Dennis - There was an error Blue Cap, it was the Betty Boop Phoenix one, it had .999 silver on the logo side. They were pulled out of the machines Thursday morning right after the error was found and Shaun returned them to the mint and got replacements issued and they went in the machines. Shaun asked at the welcoming meeting Friday afternoon and asked for people who might have one to please return it as the Mint wanted then back, it was said later that it was a Clad strike but the Logo Side for the .999 silver red cap had been used by mistake.
Rumor was 23 had gotten out and I didn't hear if anybody turned theirs in, I do know that at least a couple were offered for sale and a few collectors were keeping the one's they had for their collections.
Also hear one was offered on ebay Thursday with a buy it know of $45 and was bought up right away.
