Jason, I don't know any strike collectors that actively collect counterfeits but I expect there may be some out there who want everything. Myself I like all the different die varieties, rotated dies and things like that. But on the real strikes.

As for coin collectors and counterfeits, my son loves loves getting them. He has from old large copper cents to a few gold coins in that part of his coin collection.
