Your strikes have value for the about .6 ounces of silver in each and also have collectible value. My catalogue which is a year old, shows that these had sales on ebay of $11 to $19 each (plus shipping). To me, the condition of the capsules is not important, unless the condition has created problems on the strikes. New, clear capsules are readily available from supply dealers, but some strikes (not yours) were issued with colored capsules, and replacements for those are almost impossible to find.
