Things are progressing. I sent him the information about the $300 Soldier strike and explained all the nuances and he has subsequently changed that listing. I will send him the same information for the $300 Halloween and hope he changes that one as well.
I looked into the eBay rules for reporting a seller and I don't think they will do anything about this situation.
