I double checked and learned from my eBay history that I have NOT purchased from this person in the last 10 days, it blocks BIDS on more than one item within 10 days.

I know it is NOT a new eBay policy because I actually sold 2 items to the same buyer this morning. Thanks goodness, I thrive on multiple sales. We all do.

I have emailed the seller to ask to be put on their exception list. I will let you know what I hear back from them.
