My suggestion would be:

Purchase or Acquire one of the Strike Price guides. My favorite is Bill Cohenour's.

He lists the prices of the last sales for each strike.

That way you don't go in "blind".

IMHO, and in general, $15-$20 would be the going rate for $7.00 strikes.
