Archie, I know there were 2 different Tournament 1/4 pounder strikes that were done privately with extra gold plating. Maybe others ? As for actual casino strikes I am fairly sure that the casino was behind having different varieties of the $200 strikes with extra gold plating. Palms had a couple with extra gold, Plaza had one with extra gold plating and I think it was Sam's Town also had a $200 with extra gold plating. Could be others as this is just off memory. But again, these were done by the casino and not private collectors like the tournament pieces were.
