We were at the Mirage this past week playing their SS machine. It broke down the guy who came to fix it said he was also the guy who ordered the strikes, sorry I should have gotten his name. But what was interesting, is he said all the colorized strikes they have had, have had mintage of 300. There was another guy there at the time and he said he had heard it was always 500, but the Mirage guy said "No, I should know I order them".He also said there is no plans for any red cap, .999 silver strikes and at this time there was over 25 of the $300's left..
