Warren - Here is the link to PayPal showing the current fees, like I told peggy if she or anybody is paying more than 2.9% plus 30 cents pre transaction they shouls contact Pay Pal.
The only other fee PayPal adds is if the payment you receive is from outside the U>S and then there is a conversion fee which might or might not bring the total fees to the 4% you say they charge but that isn't the case for the major part of people getting PayPal payments.
