They are not all the same. It should be printed somewhere on the ticket. I've seen 60 days at Cache Creek in CA, to 3 or 6 months at Cosmopolitan in LV. If it expires, you can still take it to the cashier's cage and give them the story and they may cash it for you anyway. Hope that helps.
