I have found plastic padded envelopes on eBay that are really good for shipping tokens. I have purchased from a couple of vendors and find them to be comparable. 4x6 is an excellent size to ship up to 8 tokens safely. You don't want them too large so that the tokens move around inside. The USPS First class price for shipping 13 ounces is under $5 so you save on Priority Box cost and the package is still sturdy enough to get through without breaking. If you buy in bulk they come out to less than $0.05 each. Sure beats the padded envelopes from the PO if you can even find them there.

The shipping labels that can be printed on a half sheet of paper with an ink jet printer are also great for that size envelope - I just cut the excess off. It sticks well to the plastic. I wouldn't recommend wrapping the label around the plastic envelope, but it works well to stick it on the front.
