George and Shawn, I know all of the things you said and have some responses I’d like to make but have decided this isn’t really the forum for that. I am just so tired of some groups persisting in treating us (social security recipients) as if we are expecting to receive something we haven’t earned. I’m sorry I aired my comments here.

By the way, thanks for the thanks for serving in the military. As you no doubt know, most of us Vietnam vets didn’t get much of that back in the day.
