YES, it is a SILVER strike. It was made when the .99 should have been on the brass rim. But it got past Nevada Gaming without any .999. Not rare at all. Except as a Hard Rock item. Lot of folks like Hard Rock anything. Value generally $22 - $25 unless maybe a bidding war. Those are always good if you are the seller.
