I did send the first email to spoof@paypal.com but as of yet they have not answered. The first email addressed me by name and when I logged into my PAYPAL account it did show the payment as being held, although it had already cleared when I shipped the two strikes. Having no contact from buyer brings concerns when the bank reversed the funds for the transaction. Although it is only $38 and some change I do not like just giving away the strikes. I did send copy of post office receipt to PAYPAL and copy of the USPS TRACK AND CONFIRM for the delivery conformation number. It just does not make sense that they can confirm payment then hold the funds later after the strikes were delivered. Always learning. Thanks for your replies, Larry
