Joe, if it is an insert it will be smaller in diameter. But not much less in silver content. Yours will weigh in at .59/.60 . And $7 strikes weigh in at .62 to .67 . Those are the weights I have seen in the past. On yours the .999 would have been on the outer brass ring. Does make sense.
