It's under $29 now, but I think you would need to see below $20 for a sustained period before the one pound solid .999 come back. There's probably at least $50 in production costs on a one pounder (dies, stamping, COA, Airtite, Box&Sleeve, etc.) in addition to the cost of the silver planchet. I'd guess the blanks are probably at least 10% over spot??? So even at $15/ounce, you'd be looking at 12oz * $15/ounce + 10% premium + $50 production = $248. I'd say that's where the casinos would like to see the cost....
