Serious Kirk, I don't think anyone's trying to be a know-it-all. The picture you are posting has the Franklin Mint F on the logo side in the exact middle of the bottom. There are two stars to each side of it. The F looks like a combination of a t and F where the middle of the F is crossed like a t. It is clearly in the picture. Look at it with a magnifying glass if you can't see it with regular vision, that may help? That is definitely the Franklin Mint mint mark.
