I have a bunch of silver ART bars & rounds...all very interesting & most very detailed. Ceeco put out a lot of the silver bars in 1974 or so & they had a higher value due to the limited mintage & the enameled art work. BUT I have found out with the price of silver above $40, the rarity has changed & I bought about 30 of them last week for spot, when 10 years ago they would have been worth 4 x's spot +++. Your round may be in a low mintage collectible book, but it still says one troy ounce .999 silver, so at today's prices, probably worth $42 & change. Just my amateur opinion. Don't shoot the messenger!
