Any of you who sell on eBay and sell Internationally, block the following two User ID's and block them fast.

The guy goes by Mariusz Gaik or Edyta Gaik and lives in Poland. He will bid high to win your items, and pay, then ask you to lower the value on the customs forms and mail them one at a time. He will pay for only one item at first and tell you he will pay for the rest when he gets the first one. Then when the first one arrives, and he finds out it was sent first class and there's no tracking (the only way to keep postage low is first class international which tracks shipping but not delivery) then quickly pays for the rest. Within seven to ten days later he will file an "item not received" claim with eBay. eBay of course will screw over every seller they can, and they will take the money out of your PayPal instantly, and then rule 100% in favor of the buyer, even though items sometimes take 30 days to arrive! He is operating under multiple User ID's and has multiple email addresses he uses. He nailed me for close to $600 and now nailed another of our favorite strike/silver sellers for over $600 with the exact same scam. That's how we put two and two together and figured out it's the same guy. He's not counting on sellers knowing each other.
We have both contacted eBay to file additional appeals, with the hopes of someone at eBay finally having a brain and seeing the scam this guy is doing.
I have just blocked the entire country of Poland, just to make sure some other ID's I don't know about don't pop up.
For sure block those two ID's or sell at your own risk. Guaranteed you will lose your items and your money.
If any one here posts on any other silver boards, post this same warning, trust me he will scam over and over and he's getting away with it so far.
The happiest day of my life will be when some lawyer finally has the balls to take on eBay and a class action lawsuit is filed against them to stop the theft of sellers hard earned money! The problem is, eBay is so big, they are a necessary evil if you want decent prices for your stuff.
Dave.
