Hi Dennis,
I think spot is a good place to start. If you are doing a trade, it's even easier because spot is an easy number for all parties to understand. Anything over spot is less defined. This is what has happened to a bunch of the $200's that, although they may be low mintage, they just weren't very good designs. I have a fair number of $200's, also have list of ones I am looking for. If that strike was on my buy/trade list I would be in the market. But, it's not. And as such I would have no interest at spot even. Now if spot moved down and the price was in the $400 range (spot would have to be 33ish) I may. There's just other $200's I'd rather have.

Now all of us have our own particular tastes and I'm positive there's someone that would want to trade for or buy that strike. But I think the higher silver goes, the harder it is to get a premium on a bunch of the $200's. And that, in a nutshell, is why so many folks melted their $200 when silver climbed up to $50/oz. Same goes for $10's. It's funny how I never passed up $10 (even duplicates) at spot when spot was $18 and under. But it's easy to pass on them at spot at $40/oz, that's for sure. I think there's still a lot of strikes to be picked up way below spot if you are patient.

I'd put a picture up and ask a price you can live with or a trade where you may get something easier to establish a price on. Good luck!
