Hi John - Keep in mind some refiners have minimums to get a higher price AND not all refiners settle the day they get the strikes. When silver was up near $50/oz, there were some refiners who were quoting weeks before settlement. Coin shops will give you less (usually) but they settle that day and may not require you to punch out the centers. Also, keep in mind some strikes were only .5 ounce centers after 2005. So you may find that after you weigh the centers, you don't have as much weight as the commonly advertised .60 center you see in most ebay ads.
